The Captain Goes Back To School (And Doesn't Need To Watch James Bond Anymore)

That about sums it up. The strike is over and I went back to school on Friday. It didn't seem to affect much other than pushing some deadlines around.

Now I don't have to watch all the Bond movies in order anymore. The thought of sitting through Live and Let Die again gave me the shakes. Fuck you, J.W Pepper!

Maybe I shouldn't make the post's name essentially the post.

Why? School is still on strike. For fuck's sake, right? My thoughts exactly.

Kitty Watching

The professors at my University are on strike at the moment, so I've had a bit of free time to follow my cat around and she what she does when she's alone.

No, the thought of studying instead had not occurred to me.

Anyways, it turns out the cat doesn't do anything that much different from what I do when I'm home alone all day. She walks around the rooms, looks at them, lays down for a bit, gets up, eats something, lays back down, stares outside, etc. The only difference is that the cat is unlikely to feel depressed about it.

Go figure. Here's hoping for a quick resolution for this strike, before I lose my mind.
